booking.com. It is customary when the services (parking) offered to ask for the price. Parking fee is only $5.00 and even that was not charged. Riviera hotel is located in almost 100 year old historic building. We have a variety of rooms with many different shapes. We could not show the pictures of all the rooms. We publish only some pictures of typical rooms. If the guest did not like this particular room she could ask the front desk for a different room and she never did. Guest stay 1 day in our hotel and we found no reason for the refund the stay.

Review: I booked the hotel threw Bookings.com. I booked a queen room. upon checking in I was told they were upgrading my room. I was not informed that I had to pay for parking. Entered my room which was not locked to a double room. One that was not what I booked and two it was not an upgrade, and three it was not the pictures that they had online of the queen room. Left our room to go to a game.. When we came back we decided to not stay because we were not informed of the parking and the night clerk would not explain why we were given a room that we did not book. Nor would he explain what our upgrade was too. He informed me to call the Gm on Monday. I asked to speak with him them but he refused to call him . I called Monday morning the next business day and spoke to the GM who then told me that I should have asked if I had to pay for parking and that is the room I paid for.. I have the pictures of the room he gave me complained to the room that they have posted online. He told me that he felt there was no need to refund my money.Desired Settlement: I want the amount that was charged to my credit card refunded $80...The room we received what not what I paid for
