After all that I said a few bad words and you are gonna come tell on me for doing so? You refer to your clients as "this guy"? How did you get hired here you seem more fit for a motel 8 I cannot tell who is in the wrong more anymore, the valet boy that took my car out and insulted me numerous times when I checked my odometer or this assistant general manager who surprises me more and more everyday

Hello Ms***, I received a claim regarding *** *** and parking on property. I dealt with this customer personally. This customer was adamant that we took his car out for a “joyride”: but that is not the case whatsoeverWe explained to this guy that no one took his car
off propertyWe did admit to accidently bringing his car down once to our valet drive when it wasn’t called for and that was truly an accident on our side due to a number read wrongHe would not take this as an answer from my staff. He yelled and cursed repeatedly at my managers and other employees. I will spare this email of all the curse words, yelling and berating he did but it definitely wasn’t pretty. Many of our employees witnessed this from him and I did over the phone. I had to explain to him on the phone that if he kept cursing and yelling and not have a calm conversation over the phone then we would have to end the conversation. I had to tell him the times but yet he still continued. He claimed several times if I didn’t refund his parking and comp his stay he would contact the Revdex.com, ***, and ***. I do not put up with verbal abuse to my employees or myself ever and do not ever want to reward this kind of behavior, however, do to us accidently bringing his car around once, I will agree to refund his $parking fee if this will get this case closed.
