The [redacted] 's were checked into a room on our second floor where we had just had our Housekeeper spend extra time using a new bleach based cleaner scrubbing grout in our guest bathroomsWhen Mr [redacted] worried that the odor was there to cover up an unpleasant smell and was reassured that no one had gotten sick in that roomHe and his parents were moved from their first room due to the TV remote not working properlySince the room that they were moved into only had bed and they needed 2, we brought in a rollaway which was checked by staff for cleanliness before bringing into their roomThis rollaway is a standard hotel rollaway and has no sharp springsThe diaper in question is from a [redacted] doll which is clearly printed on the diaperWe do not know how this diaper could have gotten into their room from the rollaway since it was opened, blankets and sheets taken off and remade before being taken into their roomMr [redacted] did not complain of any blood on sheets while he was our guest, only after speaking with the General ManagerOur housekeepers are trained in how to handle bloody items and did not report any issues with the sheets from this roomMr [redacted] is asking for $back for the cost of his room, however, our records indicate that the cost was in fact $

Since the room that they were moved into only had 1 bed and they needed 2, we brought in a rollaway which was checked by staff for cleanliness before bringing into their room. This rollaway is a standard hotel rollaway and has no sharp springs. The diaper in question is from a [redacted] doll which is clearly printed on the diaper. We do not know how this diaper could have gotten into their room from the rollaway since it was opened, blankets and sheets taken off and remade before being taken into their room. Mr. [redacted] is asking for $213.21 back for the cost of his room, however, our records indicate that the cost was in fact $154.34.
