Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I looked at my paperwork when I picked up my car, on it it says something about the battery, no where does it say you changed the airbags, or fixed the shifter, as always you all liedI need someone to actually inspect it and confirm the work was verifiedI dont trust you shady peopleAll you people do is put stuff on a document and say it's doneI have enough proof to sue your shady ***Something is already in the works, and you shady people will see what your bad business has cost you Regards, [redacted]

The customer had left the car at the dealership for over 4 months, we did not charge any lot storage and had to wait on payment the entire time.  Allen Honda had already payed for both the parts and the labor and were waiting on payment from the customer.  When the customer was contacted...

she wanted to be put on a payment plan.  We had continuously tried calling the customer to come pick her vehicle up, the service manager [redacted] has email correspondence with the customer on repairs made and also talked to the customers father on the fact that after 4 months we would need to charge a daily lot storage.  That is finally when the customer decided to come retrieve her car and pay the bill.  We have time stamped ro's showing that the car sit here for that period of time and that no charge was applied to the customer on daly lot storage.  We are bound by Honda to complete all recalls and this is something that is highly monitored and audited.
