I am the owner of Inclusion Dance in Appleton, WI*** *** did our dance pictures for the 2013/dance season Not only was he late to every meeting and did not provide information requested (such as pricing and other information for parents), I currently have three dance families that paid for pictures in May of that they have still not received (mid September, 2014) These families have contacted *** *** MULTIPLE times, only to be told he is "busy and they will have their photos next week" or they have been completed ignored and received no response from him We are getting ready to take legal action against him for breach of contract

We signed a contract with Bill Gellerman on 8-2-15 to take pictures during our wedding as well as engagement pictures beforehand.
We paid the full amount for the work as we were given a 20% discount.
Bill was very excited during the meetings and during the engagement photos. Our engagement session was on October 1, the prints that we wanted were ordered a few weeks after that. Once we paid for our prints we did not hear anything from Bill. We called, emailed , and sent numerous text messages regarding the progress of the prints. Some of the prints were going to be Christmas gifts for our families.
Bill dropped off the portion of the prints that were gifts before Christmas, but we didn't receive any of the other prints until March of 2016. After numerous phone calls, messages etc.
Our wedding was in June of 2016 Bill showed up as planned. Most of the pictures that were taken are very nice, but there were certain pictures of the bridal party, as well as pictures requested by the maid of honor that were not taken.
Once the wedding was done we were able to get "thank you" cards printed by Bill and picked them up a few weeks after the wedding.
After that we didn't hear much from Bill until August 30 when we received the bulk of our picture on a flash drive.
Waiting for our wedding albums we didn't hear anything from Bill again for months, we would again call, text and email him regularly to check in on the progress with no response.
Finally in October I posted on Bills' Facebook wall asking about the progress of the wedding albums, again we wanted them finished for Christmas. Bill responded that he was working on our album and would have an update soon. He followed that with a extremely crude draft of the album, pictures of families mixed up open pages, and missing pictures form some of the locations we visited. We instantly replied wanting to meet up in person to make sure that the albums were going turn out the way we wanted, but Bill never responded to that.
He sent a few other revisions in The end of October but then we didn't hear anything from him again until the beginning of December. Again we had to continuously try to reach Bill and we received our wedding albums on December 20.
When asked what took so long (6 months) to get them, the only thing Bill has to say was "well you have them now don't you".
Along with that there was certain pictures that we asked Bill to edit in the album that was not done either.
No time after the wedding did Bill bother call to discuss to see if there was any other additional prints that we wanted.
For the amount of enthusiasm of Bill in our initial meeting and the amount that we paid, this is not the outcome that we expected. I can only speculate what the delay in everything was.
But I can say that I would not recommend Bill Gellerman Photography to anyone.

The order has since been fulfilled and their prints fully delivered. 
 
After emails telling me I had not given her what she ordered, when in fact she had not ordered those prints. I was able to offer her the...

chance to order the print again at a later date, which she did, in May. After this I had some computer issues which resulted in my losing the edited files of the images, and having to go back through the backed up files to get hers as well as several other clients, re-edit them and order from the lab, prints that were missed or ordered after the initial ordering period was closed. This was unfortunate and I didn't mention this to any clients because I didn't want them to think they were not getting what they ordered. It was very stressful and with my time being limited because I was already booked up for the spring and summer, I admittedly dropped the ball on getting these done as quickly as I should have and I am sorry for that. I have fulfilled the orders and this issue is complete.  
I hope that now that this has been fulfilled this complaint will be removed from the Revdex.com and my business will again be in good public standing as my reputation is utterly important in my line of work.

Good enough pictures. Terrible communication. Didn't respond to any sort of communication for months on end. We waited 6.5 months for our wedding album.

Cool tattoo shop, vape shop is small with no testers, they only purchase juice with 0 nicotine and they add the nicotine themselves, bought a 30ml of Slotterpops, FOUND TWO FLOATERS in it, and when I asked for a refund the guy tells me there are no refunds in a very grim tone, he replaced it, but after finding something other than juice in my bottle I just wanted my refund....
