We signed a contract with Bill Gellerman on 8-2-to take pictures during our wedding as well as engagement pictures beforehandWe paid the full amount for the work as we were given a 20% discountBill was very excited during the meetings and during the engagement photosOur engagement session was on October 1, the prints that we wanted were ordered a few weeks after that Once we paid for our prints we did not hear anything from BillWe called, emailed , and sent numerous text messages regarding the progress of the printsSome of the prints were going to be Christmas gifts for our familiesBill dropped off the portion of the prints that were gifts before Christmas, but we didn't receive any of the other prints until March of After numerous phone calls, messages etcOur wedding was in June of Bill showed up as plannedMost of the pictures that were taken are very nice, but there were certain pictures of the bridal party, as well as pictures requested by the maid of honor that were not takenOnce the wedding was done we were able to get "thank you" cards printed by Bill and picked them up a few weeks after the weddingAfter that we didn't hear much from Bill until August when we received the bulk of our picture on a flash driveWaiting for our wedding albums we didn't hear anything from Bill again for months, we would again call, text and email him regularly to check in on the progress with no responseFinally in October I posted on Bills' Facebook wall asking about the progress of the wedding albums, again we wanted them finished for ChristmasBill responded that he was working on our album and would have an update soonHe followed that with a extremely crude draft of the album, pictures of families mixed up open pages, and missing pictures form some of the locations we visitedWe instantly replied wanting to meet up in person to make sure that the albums were going turn out the way we wanted, but Bill never responded to thatHe sent a few other revisions in The end of October but then we didn't hear anything from him again until the beginning of DecemberAgain we had to continuously try to reach Bill and we received our wedding albums on December When asked what took so long (months) to get them, the only thing Bill has to say was "well you have them now don't you"Along with that there was certain pictures that we asked Bill to edit in the album that was not done eitherNo time after the wedding did Bill bother call to discuss to see if there was any other additional prints that we wantedFor the amount of enthusiasm of Bill in our initial meeting and the amount that we paid, this is not the outcome that we expectedI can only speculate what the delay in everything wasBut I can say that I would not recommend Bill Gellerman Photography to anyone
Re: Complaint by [redacted] The order has since been fulfilled and their prints fully delivered After emails telling me I had not given her what she ordered, when in fact she had not ordered those printsI was able to offer her the chance to order the print again at a later date, which she did, in MayAfter this I had some computer issues which resulted in my losing the edited files of the images, and having to go back through the backed up files to get hers as well as several other clients, re-edit them and order from the lab, prints that were missed or ordered after the initial ordering period was closedThis was unfortunate and I didn't mention this to any clients because I didn't want them to think they were not getting what they orderedIt was very stressful and with my time being limited because I was already booked up for the spring and summer, I admittedly dropped the ball on getting these done as quickly as I should have and I am sorry for thatI have fulfilled the orders and this issue is complete I hope that now that this has been fulfilled this complaint will be removed from the Revdex.com and my business will again be in good public standing as my reputation is utterly important in my line of work Thank you [redacted]
