Mrs Diaz, We received your letter dated October 27, 2015. Upon hearing from our customer, *** ***, I immediately sent a crew by his house to do an initial assessment. They forwarded me a couple of pictures of the area in question, and I was supposed to go do an
assessment personally and just simply forgot about it. Upon receiving your letter, I went by and assessed the area in question. We have no idea WHY the siding reacted the way it did as we have washed Mr ***'s house on previous occasions, and we did nothing different on this service than on the previous services. We are convinced that it was relevant to the siding being oxidized, we just don't know why it did what it did. I emailed Mr ***, first to apologize for my failing to come by and address the issue, and secondly to let him know that I had contacted a very knowledgeable source regarding this scenario, and was waiting to hear back from him. I have since heard from my source and he confirmed that the problem is relevant to the siding being very oxidized. We discussed a solution and I have ordered the necessary chemical to try to resolve this issue. Shortly after receiving the chemical, we plan to contact Mr *** and move forward with getting him taken care of ASAP. We genuinely regret the delay in responding to this. Mr *** has been a customer since 2009. The last thing we would do is blatantly neglect any customer, much less a valued repeat customer such as Mr ***-- Jeff H*** Window Gang
