HMH has responded to the items raised in Mr***’s complaint, noting that one item was not an HMH product, and believe this is now resolved

HMH has confirmed that the outstanding materials have been delivered to Dr*** and consider the matter resolved

I reject the assertion from HMH that all goods have been delivered. Not only have we provided our inventory of the received goods, HMH has refused to provide any additional actions, and refuses to provide the outstanding items. Their only defense is a series of tracking numbers, however, each box was opened, inventoried and repackaged at [redacted]. The items are still outstanding. It took nearly 7 months to receive a document from HMH that detailed the kit contents, which we reviewed and provided back to HMH with the updated list of outstanding items. At no point has HMH ever addressed the allocation of the kit items and continues to fail to take any meaningful steps to ensure that all items have been delivered. I reject their assertion that all items have been received as they have not responded to the controlling documents to prove such a claim.
