My name is [redacted] I am the General Manager of the Houlihan's in Brentwood.  The incident that this letter is concerning in no way what happened the way it is explained.  The guest did get an order that was not to her expectation but it did not go the way she explains.  First, her...

complain is that she ordered some wings extra crispy, they were prepared that way but when put in a box hot they do not stay that way and when she received them they had lost some of the crispness she desired.  At the time we offered to remake them she did not want that.  Also at the time Mrs. [redacted] was not charged for anything.  I would also like to add that after she placed a complaint through e-mail I spoke to her, offered to replace the order at no charge to her, she said she was to return the next day and that was the last we heard from her.  I am not exactly sure what else we could of done to make Mrs. [redacted] happy, she was not charged for anything we offered to correct the issue at the time and also offered to replace the order a t a later date at no charge.Thanks for your time and consideration.  I look forward to hearing back from you concerning the situation.
