Houma Sewage Treatment Plant Inc

Review: I decided to install a shed in my yard, which I hope to turn into a small business. I want running water with a sewage treatment plant for cleaning up or what not.

I called [redacted] Sewage Treatment Plant. He came out and gave me a quote of $4600 on 7/28/15. I put a deposit of $1000 down in good faith for work to be done right. On 9/28/15 he came to install the plant. I ran into some problems getting the permit approved and asked him several times not to install plant, to hold on installing it. He was at my house and that he was going to install it anyway after me asking him not to.

After getting final approval and permit we started forming up for building. I contacted [redacted] to do plumbing. After the cement was poured the building was erected on Dec. 4, 2015. Since then the sewage system has not been connected. I tried calling [redacted] about four times with no response because the plumbers said tank was to high. When I finally spoke to [redacted] he said the plumber should have put the pipes in right to match the tank. Now it it a finger pointing game between [redacted] and [redacted] on who cause the problem, and nothing is getting done.

Now I am being told I have to purchase a grinding pump at $851.99 to solve the problem that they created. Why should I have to purchase a pump to fix the problem they created? I may pay for a pump which might not solve the problem.

Hoping to get some kind of help to get this problem resolved.
