Hound Dog's Towing & Recovery

We towed the vehicle in October per owners request to a shop Several days later she called and complained that "something"wasn't right with her vehicle She was driving the vehicle still and I told her to bring it to us and we would put it on a lift to see what the issue was
She said she was in the process of moving and couldn't bring the vehicle to me for two weeks She never showed up and I didn't hear from her again until a few days ago We towed this vehicle six months ago and at this point I am not willing to pay for any repairs because we have no way of knowing how the damage occurred since the owner has still been driving it and never brought it to us to check it out She has been very rude, obnoxious, and demanding with every interaction She came to our office yesterday and was screaming and yelling and destroyed property both in our waiting area and on an employee' personal vehicle (all of which is recorded on surveillance cameras) and even after all of that I sent my mechanic to where her car is located to look at it There is no way possible that the damage caused to her vehicle was caused by us towing it We tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but she never brought the car to us like she said she would and then when we finally saw it, there just isn't any way we caused the damage anyway I didn't talk to her in person this time but I was the person she spoke to back in October She dealt with employees of mine yesterday I haven't decided whether I'm going to press criminal charges for destruction of property and criminal mischief yet She has also been told to stay off of our property so if she returns I will have her arrested for criminal trespassingUnfortunately, this is just a case of a customer trying to get us to pay for damage that we didn't cause and she got upset when she found out that wasn't going to happen
