Hour Lockouts

I locked my keys in my car I found hour lockouts online and saw they had a special I called and of course the special was only for certain lockouts I was quoted $and asked them to come out making sure they accepted credit cards It took a while to get all that because there was a baby crying in the phone the entire conversation(should have been my first clue) Upon arrival, it took him about minutes to unlock my car Nothing special, nothing hard Then he informs me that he does not take credit card because "his machine was broken" I had to drive to a local ATM to get cash Then he saysit's $ $80!!! So I have given him $CASH and have not received a receipt to give to my insurance company I told him I didn't think it was right and that I would be reporting it He responded by calling me a not so nice name and telling me what I could do Kinda glad he didn't get my debit card information Shady I do believe

First off they advertise very well they also texted and said they will be here within minutes and on the text it said they get here open my door within minutes no price quote before the job started only after service they say it will be dollers for min of workWe brought up that they texted us and said they said you should have read the web sight and laughed in our faceI called back to dispute the price and tell them they are running a shame and they said they have no idea what I'm talking about and hung up on meThey do not have good buisness practice at all and they are not at all about the customerI was on my way to get my sons Christmas and I told the lock Smith after he charged me a unfair price for the work and he laughed in my face about that as wellI understand things do cost a price but the way I was treated and the min job they did was no way chargeable at 175.00$ I am a single part timeThey should have gave me a ball park at the le

I had called popalock to come help me outThe woman who answered basically scared me into not calling anyone else by saying terrible things about every other companyShe went on for minutes about how they were the only company that wouldn't damage my vehicle and wouldn't charge me $300,..after waiting two hours for them to show up I finally called 24hrlockoutsThe guy arrived in under minutes I paid $and was completely happy with my experienceThanks again
