Purchased a pair of jeans. They sent me the wrong style. Two weeks, three emails with photos and I still don't have a resolution. They emailed me a return shipping label and want to charge me $10. Why should I pay for return shipping when they sent me the wrong item? Communicating with this company has been a nightmare.

If I could give no stars I would because this company is the worst!!!!! I ordered a waist trainer on October 14th. It ships on the next day and it took OVER A WEEK TO FINALLY GET TO ME! A WEEK and this company is based in Chicago?!!! I’ve emailed Customer Service several times, but received a generic response from “Angel.” Tracking this package was pure frustration. It inched it’s way from Illinois, Iowa, LA and finally to it’s final destination today.. This company is utterly ridiculous!

I ordered a waist trainer. I then realized that the email address I provided was incorrect. I sent an email to explain that I never received a confirmation and asked if they could resend it. I was then informed that the item was out of stock. Never received email confirmation. Or cancellation information. Spoke to a woman named Angel in customer service the next day to try to figure out what was going on. She told me she could not help me that day because she was working on a project for the president. She then said the item WAS in stock and she would provide a discount and two day shipping. But since she was so busy, she would look into it and would call me back the next day. The next day I did not receive a phone call. I waited the whole day. The day after, I called again. I spoke with Angel again. She informed me that the item was out of stock and they would be providing me a full refund. She also informed that she’d sent an email for the cancellation email. I once again told her to verify my email address. I have not received any emails (cancellation/confirmation) and I am still waiting on my $67 dollars back. This business was very unprofessional and lacked in communication. Hopefully I get my refund as promised over the phone.

I want to share my negative experience with this company I ordered a body shaper on August 13 and request a priority shipping I had an event that I need it for by August 24. I spoke with a representative in customer service on August 17 who told me the post office had lost their shipments that went out on August 14 which included my item. She stated she would refund me my shipping calls while they investigate she also asked me if I still wanted the item to which I replied no because it will be arriving too late. She stated she would not my account then I have requested a refund While I was out of town for the event I was unable to check my account so now on August 28 I check my bank count and there is no refund nor do I have my Item. I spoke with another customer service representative today you told me I needed to wait to receive the item that I should be receiving today before I can get a refund and she doesn't know what happened to my shipping Refund. Had to request to speak to a manager before I could get my shipping refund and that manager still would not refund my item So here it is now 14 days later and I still do not have my item or my refund and customer service says I need to wait to receive the package before I can get my refund I just want to warn people because this seems not customer service friendly. I don't have an item or my money and the shaper was not cheap. I don't understand this type of customer service I definitely will never use this company again I want to warn others
