I would like to know if I should continue to go back and forth with the company at this point even though they

We did this customer a favor in excepting an exchange by New York State law we do not have to exchange or refund a customer as low my as it written clearly on our website. item from this customer the tags were piped of the item and the item was covered in animal hair. When we addressed these issues the customer sent such nasty and threatening emails that we decided to return her original spoiled item to her and not to continue doing business.

Review: March **, 2015. I purchased a waist clincher from Hourglass Beauties "long tourso" $60, and upon receipt of this item it did not fit to the specifications listed in their measurement chart. They do have a policy of no exchanges or returns.

March **- April *, I emailed them to see if there was anything I could do to exchange for another size, I have not worn the clincher.

April *, 2015 They emailed me back, that I could exchange the product, but that I had to ship it within 24 hours, with a money order of $17.95, ( $10 re stocking fee, and $7.95 return shipping) and I would receive the size I requested. They also asked that I put the size I wanted in return, I put that two different places inside the package. No special packing was asked of it, and they asked that I email back a tracking number of it. I also needed to reply that I "accepted these terms" in the response email. I did. I also had to spend $9.95 to mail it to them.

April **, 2015. I emailed them to see if they had received my package, it had been week with no communication.

April **, 2015. They emailed back a confusing, illegible response that they did receive it, but it was not in the right packaging and had hair on it., and that I did not put the size I wanted.

From this message I concluded that they were not going to send my new clincher and they were keeping my money order of $17.95, which included a restocking fee and the return shipment fee. This was not the agreed upon terms, they had not specified that I needed to have it in a special/original sent packaging, but It still had the tags on.

April *, 2015. HGB said through email, ' you are acting like we owe you something".

IF they would have said in the April * ,2015 email when we agreed upon exchange terms that I need to have it in original packaging, I would not have wasted the money to send it to them. They did not state that it needed to be in original packaging. But now are saying that because it is not in original packaging, I will not get the exchange agreed upon, but they still have my clincher!! Terrible customer service and poor professionalism. They should not be in business.

Technically, they owe me at least the original clincher back. If they keep it, they are keeping an item that is still my property, without the exchanged one, or my money back.Desired Settlement: I have spent in total $95.85 on this product. I would like the exchange promised or my money back ($60). The break down of what I have spent: $60 + $7.95 s&h, then $17.95 restocking fee and return shipping, $9.95 of my own money to ship the item back to them for exchange.

Now I have nothing in return and lost the money for the product.

Review: I ordered a waist cincher in a 3X long and received a completely different waist cincher on May [redacted]. When I contacted the company I asked if I would be able to exchange it a 2X long. They advised me I would have to pay for shipping if I were to change the item so I said I didn't want to do that and I would just take the item I originally ordered. I received the "replacement" on July [redacted] and immediately emailed them to let them know I had again received the wrong item. I was supposed to receive a 3X long and instead received a 2x regular. Since they're office had been closed for the holiday, they finally got back to me today and advised me of the folowing - "You originally asked for a smaller size, so we sent it to you as a courtesy. We will not be issuing a refund, or excepting the item back." Not only can I not get my money back, but they are telling me that they are refusing to send me the correct item. I absolutely do not want anything from them other than my money at this point. It is completely ridiculous that I have to go back and forth with them via email just for them to do the right thing.Desired Settlement: I would like the cost of the item I purchased ($60.00) in addition to the shipping charges refunded to me.
