I placed an order with this company on 5/23/for a waist trainer and I was charged $on my debit card and I have never received the order I have had several text message exchanges with this company and I keep getting the run around They provided me with USPS tracking # [redacted] on 6/1/and again on 6/17/and both times the package was never received by USPS for shipping They keep texting me telling me that the package will be delivered within the week and then it never ships I finally started seeing messages from other customers on Instagram who were also complaining that they've never received their orders and that this company was a scam The company advertised the product on Instagram with reality star [redacted] but I have noticed recently that [redacted] no longer appears on any of their advertisements anymore I also discovered today that the company has blocked me on Instagram so I can no longer follow them or continue to read mes

I place order with this company HOURGLASS on 4/29/express my concerns about my shipment and timelines of information being received through email with the company rep named *** ***I stated several times I'd like a refund and cancel the order due to insufficient information, poor business practice and ultimately failure to provide the productIt is 5/19/and I have yet to receive a refund or productThey give you the run around about your purchase and any information dealing with the shipment of the productHour_Glass_Diva also operating under the name hourglassare complete scammers do not purchase anything through themThe business practice is *** poorFollowing is all know information:

I made an order and never got it tried to get my money back and but they wouldn't give it to me months passed they kept trying to get me to wait ever week they was sending it and week nothing arrived I told them it been too long and I just wanted my money they tried to make me take it after months and still it's been months and I still haven't received anything they won't even answer my emails nor my text messages

I placed an order with this company on March 26, and I was under the impression that I would receive it within the next weekI have yet to receive anything nor have I gotten any word that it has been shipped or processed I've been back and forth on the website to see if the status had changed from unfulfilled to being fulfilled and it still says unfulfilledI've emailed the business to get clarity of whether or not it had been shipped or processed and have yet to get a replyI've also sent an email to try to get my money back but I haven't gotten a reply back from that email either
