I was a little reluctant at first, but I didn't want to go the traditionally way with a realtor I decided to give Home Buyers of America a chance and I was pleasantly surprised with the openness of the agent. He was available to ask all of my questions and talked me through the whole process. They took my house as it was, and I didn't have to take anything with me that I didn't want. I would recommend Home Buyers America to anyone who is trying to sell your home as it is.
