House Calls for Cats by Ask the Cat Doctor

Review: Dr. [redacted] and her assistant [redacted] have been treating my cat for thyroid issues. They came out on 1/9/2014 and did an exam and blood tests for my cat, [redacted]. THey said they would have the results the next day. I wrote a check to them for $125 which was cashed on 1/27/2014. I have been trying to contact them via phone (###-###-####) and [redacted]'s phone (###-###-#### via voicemails and texts) and even sent a message through their website. [redacted] did text back on January 17th stating they got the test results and it looks like they needed to adjust her medication. I have heard nothing back and continue to leave voicemails basically begging them to call back. My cat has been without medication for three weeks now.Im frustrated b/c I haven't even received the courtesy of a response.Desired Settlement: I want the test results and prescriptions with refills called into the pharmacy asap and a copy of all of her records with them or a refund so I can get my cat the care she needs.
