As explained by Ms ***, she called on March 24th and we were able to schedule her cleaning at very short notice Ms*** did say she had never had a cleaning company beforeMove out cleaning is different than regular cleaningEvery surface is visible, the appliances need thorough
cleaning and it is time consuming I explained this to Ms*** very clearlyI also told her that she would get cleaner for three man hours, as she put in her complaint She was absolutely aware of thisI tell every customer at least three times per phonecall exactly how it worksOne person for hours or people for an hour and a halfIt is very clearly explained for exactly this reasonHow is it possible to think we would send people for hours? That would be man hours because we pay each cleaner an hourly wage If you called right now and I did not know who you were, I would tell you the same thing It is a common reason people use to ask for a refund Also, Ms*** said he worked very hardI did explain to her that I was sorry she misunderstood that hours of cleaning would not be performed for the price of I offered to send him back to clean for longer but she did not want to pay any more moneyThe job required much more cleaning than she told me it neededI always suggest at least or hours for an apartment move out but she did not want to pay for itThen she asked me to give her a refund based on the fact that I did not explain that people were not coming for hoursShe purchased a man hour move out clean at the last minute, received the service, and then wanted her money back because she did not understand what she was getting? She called the office to tell us she wanted a full refund even though she got exactly what she ordered and we did a good job on the cleaning that we could completeWe denied her refund because it is blackmail to call, get a service and then complain that we were not explicit on the phoneShe was not explicit on the phone or I would said we could not do the cleaning in three hours When someone doesn't get a refund, they always say we are rude and unprofessionalI'm very sorry Ms*** was unhappy with the service but she did receive it and I did very clearly explain Calling three times to tell me she should get a refund and then saying our company is appalling is uncomfortable and I did explain why we would not be refunding her money

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First, for the record, I was told a "team" of people would be scheduled to clean my apartmentThat means more than one personHad I been told it was one person cleaning upon my initial phone call, I could've decided if I thought $was a reasonable price to payThat is the sole reason I feel deceived and why I should receive a refundWhen I was told "a team" would be cleaning and the "team leader" would be calling me in the morning, I thought that meant two people, so you can see how that is deceivingAdditionally, if you say three hours (Noon to 3) and you mean man hours, best to clarify that with your client as most cleaning services do not operate this way.
I am also offended that my phone call to the company is being considered "blackmail." I don't think it's unreasonable to call a company and seek answers when you feel deceived or like the job didn't go how it was explained to youThat is just basic customer service and should have been handled with respect the first time so all of this could've been avoidedThe fact that someone cannot call and have their grievances heard and resolved is unfortunateTo call a business and be argued with and yelled at, then slandered in an email is deplorableI am beginning to think that this will not be resolved and that too is unfortunateI will not be seeking this companies services in the future and highly recommend that they reevaluate their customer service practices for the sake of future clients.
Regards,

I'm so impressed with entire cleaning service. They gave us efficient, hardworking, professional workers. I also love the fact that all my carpets and kitchen was cleaned well. They used high tech material to make things quicker and better. I will surely hire them next time.

NOPE. The fact that ALL of my cleaning products were gone after the clean as well as my Nexxus shampoos and conditioners.. Well, lets just say, that's called STEALING and that's illegal.
This was a move out clean. That doesn't mean you have right to my property. I even started to justify the cleaner thinking, well I didn't leave her a tip, so she was probably pissed (although I was going to drop one off at the office if the job was a job well done!) and "tipped herself" - not an excuse.
The cleaner came later than expected which was not communicated to me immediately and left me freaking out, but the person on the phone was very nice about letting me know they would be there to clean later. I paid for 2 hours of cleaning and per my landlord (I was moving so wasn't home!) she "wasn't there for very long" - definitely less than 2 hours. The kitchen and bathroom were cleaned pretty well, and it seems like the floors were mopped, however there were huge dust bunnies all over the floor. I ended up having to vacuum as well as clean the baseboards. The cleaning job would have been 2-3 stars for the price I paid, but due to my missing things.. 1 star. Negative if I could. I reported this company to the Revdex.com and you should as well if you've had issues (which It seems that many have!)

Review: For those who don't want to read through a lengthy review, this business can be described in one word, CROOKS.If I could give them negative stars, I would. First time, service was great and everything was done as requested. Even the rate was good. ($89 for a 1 bedroom condo)Second time, I walked through my place barefooted and black soot collected on my feet. Somehow, my floor got dirtier than the previous state it was in. The worse part is that their employees stole a bottle of issey miyaki, which is pretty expensive cologne. Their receptionist kept saying the owner would call me back but nothing. I tried for 2 weeks straight. I am planning to report this business to Revdex.com. I hope others heed my warning...I feel utterly disgusted that they would betray their customers' trust like that.P.S.- If any of your employees are reading this, take me off your mailing list. You don't respond to your answering machine and still have the audacity to send me spam deals.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of cologne and services NOT rendered. Also, no further contact by company and personal information deleted from their records. I can provide bank statements of charge and also receipt of cologne that had to be repurchased.

Review: I have been using this cleaning service for a few months. Suddenly they could not get the billing correct. They wouldnt charge me for services until I called when we were supposed to be on auto billing. Finally they got the auto billing correct and they started charging me for services I did not use. When I called and emailed on numerous occasions there was no answer to email or the phone calls. I was charged for services on 7/9/15 and 7/27/15 and I did not have cleanings done on those dates. I have sent 4 emails and called for times since 8/5/15 and have not gotten a call or email back. I am trying to cancel service and also trying to get a refund and nothing. It seems they have two people that handle billing and they must not communicate with each other. One lady does the billing and the owner does the refunds. I am totally bummed because I really like the actual people who come to clean my shop. They are really nice and do a great job. The company on the other hand seems a little shady to me.Desired Settlement: Refund of $178 and Cancel service
