"from home owner" {I called on 6/2, to see if by chance my roof was fixed, how was I to know- would they leave me a note in my mailbox?? When I spoke with *** she had no answers, so I requested a phone call to my cell number before the crew came out- I really figured I needed to be home to show them where}
Yes my serviceman forgot to call and say he could not make it Sunday because he was running late on another job and yes we did respond after you called the Revdex.com because our office assumed it had been looked at alreadyAs soon as I found out I rushed him outThe problem was found we hope, but it was not a roof issue we think it came from a faulty ring around a fireplace or furnace pipe
which we sealed at the time of the roof job but somehow the ring loosened up again because of ice or to much heat from the pipe itselfWe know this because our seal is still in good shape around the pipe but the ring is no longer in the same positionThis could also be why you had a previous leakMY service man would of explained all of this but the door was slammed in his face because you were angry but at know time did house crafters refuse to not warranty the job, you were scheduled promptly he just forgot to leave a message and when the office found out we arrived within hours and hopefully fixed the problem free of charge!
hired them for new roof, gutters , fix porch and around rear bedroom window.They did a decent job on the roofThe rear window they did a terrible job leaving large gaps between the clapboards and the edging board and flashing on the roofGutter on front porch was not pitched so water would overflow on the cornerAsked for a shed on another job for them and was told they would fix the other problems at that time, put the deposit on the shed in August of After numerous calls finally got Housecrafters to pour cement pad in September of and to fix gutter and rear windowGutter was not fixed and rear window was worse than beforeShed had double doors that swung in, not outAgain after numerous communications between them and myself, finally in June of this was corrected

Someone is coming to my home on Thursday June 19th to look at my ceilingThat appeases me, but I still am unhappy with your business practices. I did not slam the door on *** last week- I had my air conditioning onHe never came to my door and had no intentions of itI went outside and asked him not to do any work if I was going to be left a billYes, I was mad, the only reason I feel you came so quickly to my home , is because of this complaint I filedI hope if I have any other issues in the future, you will return and take care of it in a timely fashion
Ed and Mark are fantastic, they emoved our stucco from house and garage with siding. Him and crew were respectful to our neighbors on keeping the demo clean and organized. They stayed on top and let our demands on the project. I should not be more pleased with results. Everyone loves the outcome. Thank you.

housecrafters than it is $175 for the service call. Unfortunately we were held up at another job and were unable to make it. The guy on the service call did not call her to advise her. She is still on the schedule to be serviced.
House Crafters do great works. They truly are crafters. They transformed my house. The rep was very professional and made a great first impression. The workers are trustworthy; left them in the house alone most of the time. Thanks again for a work well done.
I contracted with House Crafters to put a new roof on my house and garage and I am thoroughly pleased with how they both look. It was an easy transaction from start to finish and the crew was both professional and friendly and did a fabulous job of cleaning up when they were done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have a great job done with confidence.
