with her unitwhen she moved out like any other tenants we are doing moving out inspection and some damage for the unit was found that's why the charges are for. from our experience 95%  left the properties left some damage behind, we are always trying to be fair and charge low rate for the repairs, same as we done at this case. attached the letter we sent with the breakdown of the $430 charges we was need to deduct  [redacted]tnn properties
