Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The [redacted]/[redacted] came out to my place of residents and seemed to be very sincere in his apology in terms of all of the pre-work issues I was experiencing. The outcome is that the work was completed however there are significant quality related items that I can list that was not done properly. The roofers completed the work  Friday, 1/5. I asked the onsite representative how did the work look to him as it did not look good to me. There issues with the shingles, etc. He said that it was great and then asked me to pay my $1K deductible so that he can get the job closed. I shared with him that the work did not look good to me. [redacted] questioned why, I shared and he gave me a sales pitch and tried to pacify me. I told him that I would contact the following week to pay my bill. That Sunday,  I asked to have my neighbor, [redacted] and on the [redacted] for our HOA to review the work. He and my [redacted] went around the entire house with a latter. My neighbor found a number of issues that he had concerns about.  I sent those concerns over to [redacted] Sunday, 1/6 with no response back from him. On Monday, 1/8 the [redacted] came to inspect the roof. I shared with him only that my neighbor shared some concerns, I also had a lot of issues with the [redacted], however I needed him to take an "eagle" eye survey of the work. I did not upfront share the specific concerns. The [redacted] proceeded to do his job and came back to me to share that he also had concerns. He went back to his truck, got his laser and asked me to walk with him. The [redacted] begin to point out to me his concerns. I asked him was he going to approved the work and he stated No. He recommended that I contact the [redacted], not pay them another dime, and have the work fixed to my satisfaction. Once, I was satisfied, he would come back out. I contacted my point of contact by text, now with no response from the first text, with what the [redacted] said. I asked [redacted] to call me back or have someone contact me from the company immediately. I received no response. My [redacted] called [redacted], and because he did not know his number, he answered the phone. My [redacted] shared with [redacted], the point of contact that was working this project, who knew my high level of frustration and dissatisfaction, what the [redacted] said. [redacted] proceeded to give my [redacted] all different excuses about coming back to the property, that he's having a crazy day, that the company had not  failed an inspection in over three months, that they will now have to pay for the failure, etc. Then which [redacted] then stated that the roof failed the inspection because I told the [redacted] to fail the roof.  When I heard that he said that, I was mad. I'm now telling a [redacted] how to do his job. He does not know me and I'm now in collusion. My siding was significantly damage, shingles are damaged, huge fishmouths, a number of issues need to be address. So as stated before, the [redacted] did come out to speak with me on 1/12 and overly exaggerated how much it means to them to get it right even if they have to do the entire roof again. Today is Wednesday, 1/17 and no follow-up since that day.
Regards,
[redacted]

First I wanted to get a little clarification on the time frame from when a homeowner makes a complaint to the time we receive said complaint? Per Ms. [redacted]' response she submitted her rejection on 1/17/18, however I just received her rejection today 2/2/18 at nearly 3pm. The Revdex.com website states we should receive notice of complaint within 48hrs of complaint being filed. None the less I have spoken with Ms. [redacted] today and informed her we will be out Wednesday 2/7/18 to rectify all discrepancies.

First apologies Ia m just seeing this complaint. I have set an appointment with Mrs [redacted] for today 1/12/17 between 2-3 pm with myself and our [redacted]. It is our intentions to rectify any and all concerns Mrs [redacted] has, including covering the cost of her HOA violation fee of $125.00. I will reply with...

another email after we have met with Mrs [redacted] and resolved this matter. For now I can see one issue is that one of her main points of contact, [redacted], is no longer with our company and that is why he never responded to Mrs [redacted]' texts or calls. I look forward to resolving this issue and satisfying our client.
