Review: I purchased a DVD player from house and homesOn the [redacted] of March 2015. When connected the Player immediately it said "disc error " their was No DVD Inside (red flag). The DVD player didn't work (I tried all night).I called the retailer he said "come in the morning " immediately when I get theirWith out any words being said he says "I told You No returns"(he never said that).He would not give me my money back "policy" he offered another DVD which has No sound which I didn't find out about till I was home. I watched him place the other DVD I purchased the first time back on display sealed with tape (red flag) I asked a work in the store Can he do that they responded "someone will buy it). I still have the product in my home. It's sad and unfair people conduct business this way. Can You please help me. [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would LIke my $49.99 back please.
