House Hunter Painter The

Review: Contract was signed 1/12/14 for home renovations, with a completion date to be 3/1/14. It is curently 7/18/14 and the work is possibly 1/4 done. He was contracted to do vinyl siding,the soffit and facia, 10 new windows, insulation, and new dry wall and ceiling to 2 bedroom and living room/ dining room. Currently the siding is on 2 sides of the house, 2 windows are installed and 1 bed has new dry wall on, but not completed. He does not follow through with times and dates that he is to be working, completion date. He does not answer calls, He has over $13,000.00 of my hard earned money and practically noting to show for it.Desired Settlement: I want all my money refunded. I have lived in Chaos since Feb, I need to get this job done so I can return my home to normal. Or Criminal charges against him.

Review: [redacted] was hired to paint our house back in July, however he never completed the job. We paid him $600 up front & he cashed the check & never painted our house.Desired Settlement: I would like my $600 back since The House Painter never even started the job.

Review: The House Painter ([redacted]) did not complete the work on our house. The work that was done is very poor. The company never completed anything on time and many excuses and deadlines were offered but never met. We are left without a new roof that is paid for and incomplete trim work for the windows and doors. We also paid for repair work for our back porch. Materials were never delivered to the house after being paid for. Deadlines were never met. The existing roof now leaks because of the firring strips that were installed. The wrong siding was installed.Desired Settlement: Need to fix or replace the following:Roof,Window Trim,Facia, Repair back porch, new storm door for back porch, and window screens, Repair ceiling in bathroom, Repair 2 windows in living room, Repair wall in hallway, Repair and repaint ceilings in kitchen, upstairs hallway, living room and master bedroom,Repair tub, Repair bathtub faucets,Supply warranty for siding and windows. Complete installation of siding and trim work.
