House of Ashford

I purchased two Chinese shar-pei puppies from [redacted] - House of Ashford, I purchased a puppy [redacted] a male 13 Weeks Old, and a female [redacted] 8 Weeks Old. I did not receive the puppies I paid for. Instead I received a 13 Week old female with skin deased puppy with red swollen infected eyes and hardly any fur, the male [redacted] is also not the puppy I received it looks like a mixed breed with and fur missing on legs and body. I have called and called and left messages and no return call, no email address. I don't even know if these puppies have had shots, not sure how they even left the u.s. as on vet certificate there is nothing about rabies shot. I called the vet that supposely checked these puppies and emailed him pictures and he said these were not the puppies he seen, so these puppies where not even vet checked before leaving the U.S. Now I am out $2200.00 u.s. for puppies, shipping, duty.
