we regret themis communication concerning this issue, and will use those lessons to improve our business .We feel we have resolved all items and did some additional work on the gate motor at no chargeto leave the customer with a better impression of our company, also our accounting dept has issued acredit memo "attached" to the to the customer.Please free to contact us anytime[redacted]
One year pass when I install my gate, despite of containment in that year we have storms and severe rain every thing work well and there is no problem. I want to say thank you Joe very much for good and beautiful job.

Review: On October 23, 2014, we had our left hand side gate operator unit removed and re- installed as per estimate #[redacted]. Demolition of the old concrete base was performed and a new base was poured. It was brought to my attention that the irrigation line in the area where the work was performed was broken and I was concerned about the height of the reinstalled operator. After several discussions with the owners of the company and they completely denying they even worked in the area in question, they finally decided to send someone out to repair the irrigation system, to which was unsuccessful. In addition, the reinstalled height of the operator is higher than original, causing alignment issues which caused the rim gear to be destroyed in a short period of time.
I also had to point out that some of the workmanship was not up to code (wires exposed). They seem to be irritated when I asked them to come back out to correct some of the work.
To this day, they have refused to correct the problem nor will they respond to my repeated letters.Desired Settlement: Repair the irrigation system that was damaged and correct the alignment issues and/or installed height of the controller.
