My name is [redacted] *** and I work for Eddie Z's / House of BlindsWe operated a retail store and in home service in MichiganOur corporate office is located in [redacted] I am responding to a Revdex.com complaint you filed for blinds you ordered with [redacted] We are not [redacted] , the name of our company is Eddie Z's / House of Blinds/I am not sure why your complaint was sent to usWe do not have any order for you and believe for there is some confusion with [redacted] .I would like to confirm the [redacted] is not representing them selves as House of BlindsWe own the name House of Blinds and unfortunately have had some problems with [redacted] using the name we ownIf they have given you any paperwork with the name of House of Blinds I would like to request a copy of that paperwork [redacted] understands if they represent themselves as House of Blinds there will be some implication for themPlease feel free to contact me at [redacted] or call me directly at [redacted] ext [redacted] or my cell phone [redacted] .I am asking that this complaint be removed from House of Blinds since this is not a customer of Eddie Z's / House of Blinds.If I can be of any assistance please let me knowThank you in advance for your help
