I purchased a puppy from Kathy *** at House of Blues in Hermiston OR in June of 2019. My puppy died within a few weeks of bribing her home. Kathy assured me that she would make things right with me. She then stopped communicating with me and when I told her via text I would share my experience with her business she said she held no responsibility even though the dog she sold me had a heart defect. Later I got in touch with another customer of hers that purchased a dog from the same litter who had the same experience with the puppy dying. I told Kathy right away that my situation was random and I wanted a refund and she told me that my asking for my money back was illegal and blackmail. She is an irresponsible dog breeder who advertised healthy purebred corgi dogs but she does no health screening or genetic testing to support that claim and then refuses refund or any kind of restitution.
