Review: I purchased four tickets to the [redacted] concert - The ticket price named a seating section and said it was a package for dinner and the show. Arriving at the concert August 10th 2013 - I was informed that there was NO dinner included and it was a general admission ticket only - standing room show.
The ticket was false in more than one area 1- I paid for a dinner that I did not get and 2 I paid for a seat location and had to stand the whole time. I purchased this as a birthday present for my Husband, his best friend and his wife and myself. I will not purchase and more event tickets through [redacted]/House of Blues -
Very Disappointed !Desired Settlement: I did not get what I paid for - therefore due to the misrepresentation I feel I am due for a refund.
