My experience at Earl Stewart Toyota has been incredibly positive because of Michael B's impeccable code of customer service. He told me there would be no pressure to make a purchase and that he only wanted people to buy a car if it's right for them... and that the process of buying a car should be the same for someone who is a high powered attorney with a knowledge of sales as it is for someone with very little knowledge about buying cars. And I had no knowledge, as I had never bought a new car at a dealership before. Mr. B walked me through every step of the process from answering my many questions before the purchase - to answering my many questions after the purchase. LOL! He has gotten back to me promptly every time I have reached out for help and has always treated me with patience and respect. This has meant quite a lot to me.
