This is my respond the contract was closed and cancelled but Mr Zamaro went to the bank he put a stop payment on a check that the company not House Of Discipline was suppose to collect and by doing that
he active his account again attach is the document that explain...

what he did and advised by the company AAC that collect the money for us by the customer signing a contract for a year.

Review: I have two accounts that had to close because of medical reasons. My children did not use there services since first one September 27, 2013. Second account since Nov 16 2013. I am being billed incorrectly there is no consideration of situation. It took long to make the cancelation now I am being billed for second account 2 months with not using their service. I am willing to pay 1 month of each just to close account disappointed that there is no consideration that services weren't even used because of medical conditions they are billing me incorrectly and I don't think it is fair at all. I had made arrangements to pay the agency they work with for 1 account and the owner got upset because I didn't give her the money instead of the agency.Desired Settlement: Them to be considerate and make adjustments to account of just paying that 1 month on each to close account. First account pay the 69.00 and second account paying 85. they are billing me 109 for 1st account and 190 for 2nd account. I have all doctors letters their should be an exception when it is a medical reason for cancelation.
