On February 4th, I placed an order for a jacket on the House of Durrani websiteI ordered a size smallWhen I received the order on February 11, 2016, the item was a size mediumMy order confirmation said size smallI contacted the provided email about their mistake and they responded immediately to send the item back to the provided address and that they would send the correct item to meI informed them that I needed the replacement promptly as it was for an eventI sent the incorrect order back via FedEx and tracked the shipmentIt was received and signed for on February 15thI have since then made multiple attempts to contact the business regarding the status of my replacementNo one has responded to my inquiries despite responding almost immediately (within an hour) to my initial inquiryThey are in possession of the item and I have nothing and they have not issued a refund either (which I don't want, I do STILL want my initial order)Upon further research I have fo

Item was returned to the sender on July 5, by USPS because of an incomplete addressI forgot to put the suite number on my mailing address, I contacted house of durrani @ ***@houseofdurrani.com twice now via email, trying to give them the correct address to have it redelivered with no responses to my emails

On June 25, I ordered a bathing suit in size Large for a size 36D breast and it would fit maybe an A-cup size breast
On June 25, I ordered a new released bathing suit in a size Large after being told by the company that a size large would fit my 36D breasts, even though the site states "order size up", but they didn't have a larger size I ordered anyways in hopes that I could make it work
After e-mailing the company three times to find out why I haven't got a shipment conformation, they didn't respondThis is besides the point, but corresponds to their customer service
On July 5th I finally received my item and when I opened it just by looking at it I could tell the triangle/cup size was super small I held it up to myself, tried it on, and clearly this wasn't a large, my breast were spilling out of itI was very upset because the suit is not cheap I immediately e-mailed the company and they haven't responded yetI tried to contact the company via Instagram
