Review: They agreed to sell my tires and rims on consignment and pay me 600.00 to 700.00 after the purchase. They received them on 6/2015 and every time I called bob He Anaya told me a different story,so I went there on 3/4/2015 and my items weren't there. He told me the lady michelle had just left and he was going to have hey call me when she returned,and she never did call. I called michelle and no answer on 3/4/2016. I called again on 3/5/2016 she answered and she gave me an excuse and hung up on me. She then called me back about a hour or so later and apologized. She told me she would call mefile a at the end of the day and me some of the money if not all of it. I told her ok,but also told her if I didn't hear anything I was calling Bill Capo,Revdex.com,and file a claim in small claims court. She said no need to do that. Well I texted her on Sunday morning and said I was going to carry on with the legal procedures since you never called me back at all.Desired Settlement: My 700.00 in full.

Review: on 6/16/2015, I [redacted] dropped of a set of aftermarket rims for repair and consignment. after several months not hearing from the business, I opted to pick up my aftermarket rims from the shop and pay for the repairs. I spoke with Don and informed him I wanted to pick up my aftermarket rims. he then provided me with a business car with his cellular phone number. the reason for this is to send him pictures of the receipts of the transaction. I did as requested. after a few days I did not receive any calls about the text. on or about February 16th I contacted don on his cellular phone and spoke with him about our conversation. he informed me he did not remember, so I informed him again. I attempted to resolve the issue with don and the business of house of hubcaps but was met with negative results. I then went back to the business to speak with them in person but that visit was met with negative results. I let the issue go on for another week and I attempted to contact don again to no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I would like for the business to give me my aftermarket rims back and I pay the repair fee only or they give me another set of aftermarket rims for my vehicle at no cost at all.

Review: I purchased a brand new set of verde 22 inch rims from the company in question.The rim was defected.After documenting the recording of the defected rim it aws promised to be replaced and it was not.The company then tried to repair the rim after a new one was agreed upon.There has also been further recordings of them admitting they cant exchange it and admit to repairing it without my consent and caused further damage to my rim.Desired Settlement: I payed for brand new rims and I was sold defected ones,I would like a new rim replacement and reimbursement of the 3 tires its defect caused to destroy.

Review: I was shopping for wheels & tires for my 2008 Nissan Titan. A former friend of mine [redacted]. stated that he and his son [redacted]. were into the rims & tire business and come check them out. So I did, I went to Don's House of Hubcaps paid $1680. for wheels & tires. I did not have them put the tires on my truck , because my truck was being painted at the time of purchase. When I got ready to put the tires on to my truck the tires were too big and did not fit. So I called and spoke with [redacted] told him the issue with the tires & rims he stated, "bring them back to the store, & well give you a refund". upon me returning to the store with the tires the sales person aurgued with me about the refund, I told him I had spoke wit [redacted] and he could call him. lest than 5 min. 6 Jefferson parish police cars arrived to the business with gun drawn on myself & two of my friend that had accompanied me. We were handcuff & place in police cars. The police stated that a call came in stating that I had a gun. I was search, my vehicle was search, my friends were search, no gun found. Spoke to the officer about what was going on, he waited for me to get a receipt for the retun tires & ask me to leave the business. I spoke with [redacted] concerning the incident and was told I would receive my refund at the day end 8/11. on 8/12 I spoke with [redacted]. concerning my refund and was told I would have it by 5pm on that day. Today August 18,2014 Still NO REFUNDDesired Settlement: Refund!
