We have been using Dan and his company since we first bought our home in HolbrookThey do an amazing job, are prompt to return calls with questions, and are always professionalWe have used them for regular mowing, fall and spring clean up and even building a custom firepit and landscaping! We will continue to do business with him and his staff as our needs grow and as we plan more landscaping projects

If I could give this company stars I wouldThey are responsible for my parents' condo assocation's landscaping, where I am currently livingWe have a private garden we tend to in the back with written permission from our builderLast year, the workers from the company decimated our lavender shrubs and other plants in their "fall cleanup"These plants were a personal labor of love and cost many hours and dollars to get to the point they were atAfter this, we submitted a letter to the company complaining which was supposedly "on file"This year during their cleanup, they redid the same thing as last year and destroyed NEW plants we installedThis company is a sham- they do not train their employees to know basic landscaping plant matter and in my opinion should not be in businessNo restitution was offered for the financial loss they made us incur and they should be ashamed of themselves

I had a contract with Premier Landscape for $12,the Description of work states: "We propose to strip and regrade all lawn areas in backyard with screened loamWe will finish & install approximately sqftof sodWe will extend irrigation system that will water all new lawn areas and have overthrow into existing mulch beds for plant materialWe will furnish and install 3/4" stone around existing patio with a cobblestone edging and furnish & install plant material all around the patio as discussedWe will furnish & install granite steps off right side of patio as discussedWe will remove and dispose of all trash & debris off site." This is typed verbatim if you need a copy I can fax or email to youI ended up paying over the contract amount for some items that I was told he had receipts for, but I never receivedThe 1st started with the irrigation clock/timer that he stated he neededI received a call while at work and was told the one I had from ***

Agreement was to aline the walkway up with the midpost which was not doneit was off centeredhe was supposed to come back and realign it, but has not come back even though he ws paid for the job.There was supposed to be walkways, but only was doneNow he is not answering the phone nor returning callsThe grass that was put down turned brown the same day it was put downHe charged me $for a water irrigation system that came with a clock and keysHe never gave me the keysI had to call him numerous times to obatin the keys even then he only dropped off key on my doorstepCharged me an extra $for a pressurized fitting to a pipe that was never part of the agreement or I even knew about beforehandIn total I spent $13,for a job that started out as $12,that is not even complete as to what was agreed upon from the beginningHe was supposed to come Saturday June 23rd to complete the job, but after paying him t he balance on Friday evening he did not show up nor returned my callsI have a copy of my invoice as well

My husband and I had Premier landscaping do a complete backyard landscaping, install a new walkway and patio, install an irrigation system and remove a few small trees all to accommodate a new pool we had put inDan and his crew, were prompt, answered all our questions and did an awesome jobWould highly recommend them to anyone....we love our new backyard!
