House of Martial Arts

I have attended the kickboxing/fitness classes for about 3 months and the classes are excellent. [redacted] and his staff do a great job of teaching, motivating and keeping the classes fun. You are allowed to go at your own pace but if you attend regularly and put the effort in, you will see awesome results in a short time. The classes are for all age groups, I'm mid 50's, male and female. If you're looking to get in shape I highly recommend signing up!
