House of Peking Choice

Review: This restaurant has decided to refuse me delivery service and has lied to me about their discontinuation of a menu item (sushi) simply because they do not appreciate my tip amounts to their delivery driver ($2 average). About a month ago, I was informed by House of Peking Choice that they no longer offered sushi because their sushi chef had "retired". I know this to be false because several friends of mine have ordered sushi with no issue from this location since I was told this. Furthermore, I was only told this over the phone after their employee confirmed my address, then placed me on a brief hold. Upon returning to the phone, he said "we don't have any delivery drivers anymore and our sushi chef has retired". I am quite certain that I was told all this because their delivery driver does not appreciate the tip amounts I give him. However, 1) tips are optional and are not required, 2) Should not be used as a basis for refusal of service or lying to a customer. I have complained previously to House of Peking Choice about their delivery drivers asking me for MORE tip money while standing at my door. They said they would handle it but it continued. I have frequently ordered Chinese food from this location over the past three years and enjoyed the food. Now, because of this disrespect and blatant lying, I would never deal with them again!Desired Settlement: I would like three things from House of Peking Choice:1) A formal letter of apology2) Customer service training for their delivery drivers and management staff3) A refund of the 6 (approximate) delivery orders associated with this terrible customer service regarding tip amounts.
