November 5, 2917Our Response to customer complaint on 10/27/@12:50pm:The order was placed at 11:39am and customer received order before 12:because that's when the order was closed out when the driver returnedThe customer received the order before 12:and under an hour, which is a typical wait time over lunch, which is our busiest time of the dayCustomer was not happy about the length of time it took for the food to arrive at her place of work.We tried to explain to her that over-lunch, our typical delivery time is one hour.Customer stated that she was told minutes wait when she placed the order.Our cashiers are trained to tell customers that there will be either a minute-wait or an hour wait, depending on how busy we are at the moment the customerplaces an orderWe apologized for the confusion and offered her a refund or toremake food but she didn't want eitherShe ‘wanted to keep the food and notpay for it because she stated she had to wait for over an hour which wasn’t true.We do not guarantee our delivery time because we cannot control several factorssome of which may include, bad weather, traffic congestion, traffic accidents,road repairs, etcWe always do our best to service our customer in a timelymanner.Sincerely,George G., manager
