I hired this business to photograph and video record my mothers 80th birthday. The event occurred June 16, 2019, over 6 weeks ago. On June 29, he confirmed all the work was done but still has not given me the finished product. That was also the last time he has communicated with me. Since then he has not replied to my inquiries about it by phone and text message.
