We were most pleased with the price, the process and the final result Robert T*** is dependable, responsive, and very experienced We had some definite ideas in mind before starting Robert used many of them, but improved on many of them, and explained clearly why some were inadvisable, but gave us acceptable alternatives Our remodeling job (and most, we suspect) included a few unexpected problems as the work progressed Robert always had a solution that addressed the issue to our satisfaction His subcontractors were always experienced and did good work Robert kept a close eye on the project, and finished on budget, except for some upgrades we requested along the way (he always communicated clearly with us on those when we made the requests)
