*** *** *** came into the House of Style Beauty salon on X-XX-XXXX at o'clock to get an Ombr hair color***'s hair
was very tick and very long, her hair went down to her handsThe ends of her hair was very dry***'s had colored her hair herself many timesI told ***'s the price would be $and she agreed with me***'s hair was amber colored on her grayThe work on ***'s hair took hours to complete because her hair is very long and thickWhen the work was done ***'s was very happy with her hairThe next day ***'s called and she wanted her $back and I asked her why? I said to ***'s you were so happy with the Ombr hair color yesterday, and she said her friends did not like her hair color*** told me she called groupon and they give her money backI told *** I was not going to give her $backThen she started screaming at me she repeated her friends don't like her hair*** said "if you don't give me my $back I will tell the world you don't know how to do hair, and she said you are an old and ugly person, she continued screaming at me I told her I'd call the police then she left the salon in a hurry
I have years working as a hair stylist and I know my job very well

Okay, first off my hair is not down to my hands, yes it is long to my mid-lower back but not down to my handsSecondly saying I have dyed my hair many times is a lie unless you count twice as "many times." If anyone with a non basis opinion were there they could of easily seen that I was unhappy with my hair, if I was I would have definitely made sure they knew I was happyThe only reason I didn't complain about my hair right then and their was due to the fact that I was already almost hrs late for work and didn't want to be any later by arguing with herAlso, I don't not hate my hair because my friends don't like it, I didn't like it as soon as I seen the finished product my friends just agreed with meThirdly, I was not screaming at her I came in and I said "hi, I just came to get my money back because I am not at all happy with my hair" and we both escalated our voicesI never once called her old and ugly, yes I did say she needs to learn how to do hair thoughAfter she put her hands on me and followed me to car I'm the one that said, "do I need to call the cops because you put your hands on me and now your following me to my car" and that's when she said "no I'm going to go call the cops" and then that's when I left because I did not have time for all of that because I did not want to be late for work again or else I would've stayed and filed an assault charge against herLastly I did not leave the "salon in a hurry" I was already in my car when I mentioned calling the cops, she was the following me and still yelling at me while I'm trying to leave and remove myself from the situationIn her response she also did not mention anything about her putting her hands on me, telling me I need to go to church, confess my sins, get satin out of me, go to Mexican church (racist comment), which are the biggest actions here as to why I filed this complaint in the first placeNo employee, especially owner should ever do that and treat their customers in such way

house of style is a consignment shopOur policy is 50/splitWe set the price and items have days on the selling floorIt is up to consignor to keep track of date the items were brought in and to pick up before they expireComplaintant consigned items in the store on 7/15/Three
handbags were put out to sell that were summer bagsComplaintant did not check back in a timely manner and bags were moved to a discount store we used to send items toComplaintant was told this but never went to retrieve bags there eitherWhen she consigned in July a different girl was helping at the shopI (the owner) personally put out the other items (more wintery) on 12/29/and specifically told her I was putting them in the computer and they had days to sellI have not seen or heard from her until this pointOne item sold for $(so she has a $credit) As the owner of the shop I will compensate the complaintant for the bags from July of at the discounted rate they would have sold for $I will mail complaintant a check for $The other items that did not sell I will not compensate because I know for a fact she did not come in to retrieve them
