Good Morning, As we told the costumer we are a wholesale company that is only license to sell to retail storesThe costumer must go back to the retail store where she bought the mattressThey are the only ones who can return her money back or help her with her mattressWe, the house of foaming never received money from *** ***. *** *** from Mattress Land told me he has no authority to resolve this matter since Mattress Land didn't make the bed nor did have any warranty on it. He said the warranty is from your company. *** *** says the company that made the bed is the one who needs to take care of this issue. We hope this will be resolved within the next few days and a check is on it's way to us

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I'm confused about your response sent to me on 12/25/15. We didn't accept House of the Foaming Case's last response because *** *** was told not to call House of the Foaming Case again and that they would call *** *** who is the owner and manager of the local Mattress Warehouse where we bought this mattress that isn't any good. We don't know how to settle this since Charlie, from House of the Foaming Case, hasn't called *** *** from Mattress Land. What needs to happen so he will call *** *** and see we get our money back? When *** *** tried to get this resolved at the beginning is when Charlie told him to stay out of it. From the beginning Charlie has done nothing to replace the mattress or refund money to *** *** so he can refund our money. Charlie from House of the Foaming Case isn't doing what he told *** *** from Mattress Land he would do and we're stuck in the middle. Do we need to get a lawyer or contact the Consumer Fraud division? Mattress Land is waiting for House of the Foaming Case to call (which is what they were told to do) but, as far as we know, that hasn't happened. We're stuck in the middle since we can't force them to talk to each other
