Review: House Physician partners gave services to my baby that born on 4/2/13 they send the bill to me in the beginning of July the bill amount was on $12169 I receive the $9800 from my insurance on August 20 I send the check to House Physician on 8/26 and they cash it on 8/30 and my insurance told me when I will receive the correct balance they will send me more money, from some reason I kept getting letters from House Physician for the full amount like I never paid them before and when I call them in October they told me that they will fix it. Again I receive a latter but this time from a collection agency that asking the full amount I call House Physician again and this time she ask me to send here a proof that House Physician cash my $9800 check so I went to my bank and ask for copy of the check and I got the copy and I send it to them on the beginning of Oct and they told they will update my account and will remove me from the collection company I call again House Physician today 10/22 to make sure they update my account and suprise its not update the manager never recieve the email this is what she told me and of course my name and my wife name still under a collection agency this is crazy House Physician is arresting me they have a mess in their billing account and I am getting hurt from that its too much I must to proof them on my personal time that I paid them and in my own time make all this phone calls every week to make sure that they will do their job its crazyDesired Settlement: I want a refund for all the inconvenience that I spend my time because they are not organized and I want them to remove me from the collection agency before they will hurt my credit
