***, I do not typically respond to frivolous consumer complaints, but the consumer associated with Case *** in my opinion is not in a competent mental condition to even engage in a formal complaint process. I belive Mr*** to be a United States veteran and we as a company are
thankful for his service, but do not believe that his claims warrant any further actions beyond this response. The city of Independence has approved all construction to date in the subdivision. We have respected all property and easements within the area of Mr***'s home. Mr*** is unable to comprehend that his home was built in the same fashion that his future neighbors' homes are being built, and many of his previous complaints have been directed to us, even though it was another builder. I am happy to visit with the Revdex.com in regards to Mr ***, but all required construction practices are being followed, and we have not created any damage to his property that is not easily corrected, or within the expectations of construction (example, we will clear up the grass connection between his home and our home upon the laying of sod this fall).
