House to Home Moving Inc.

I have 13 years of management and customer service experience at Nordstrom;and I have never had a worse experience with any company. House to Home ( Justin, Robert, Sergio, and Ryan)did not follow through on the job they promised and made little effort to rectify the offense. I was told that any packing I accomplished beforehand would lower my price, so we packed the bathroom, one bedroom closet,china cabinet and took down wall hangings. No adjustments were made

For the total cost of $2000 they:

were an hour late

No packing material ready

No previous explanation of what they DON'T pack

Slow from lack of equipment ( rollers, dollies,etc.)

Quoted 5.5 hours and it took 8 hours for 3 men to pack and move an 1100 sq ft apartment

Made both bed frames incorrectly/ had to purchase a new bed

Glued dresser drawer shut

Left 2 closets and 3 cabinets fully packed at first house

Told customer they could leave,met them at the house then said they normally do a walk through.

After a complaint was made they sent new people as requested, but we're too busy to move bed to requested room. When called and asked to make time to do so they requested an additional $250.00!!!

Worst experience ever!!!

Their response ? That's to bad, nothing else they could do
