I used House to Home Services for my basement and full home remodel and I'm amazed at the beautiful work and professionalism through the entire processWe absolutely loved working with Bobby and his team, and the designers on staff took every idea we had and found beautiful finishes to match our visionMy family will us them for all our projects and will recommend them to anyone we come into contact with

Communication is exceptionally lacking, quality of work marginal at best Went with contractor due to *** ratings - HIGHLY disappointing Crew failed to show up to job X weeks Received every excuse from mechanical trouble, health and finger pointing why work was not completed and crew not present to work When calling or texting to inquire on management of expectations, rarely received a response
We are expecting a newborn in less than a month - the emotional turmoil and having our place rendered inconvenienced, was disappointing to say the least
Subcontracting was poorly handled and lead was rarely on site This led to the exceptional mishandling of communication throughout the process
Final payment was expected prior to all work being complete on punch list and inexcusable craftsmanship left us scrambling to resolve issues with an exceptionally limited time constraint and stressed to complete despite given five weeks to complete putting up the framing

Left unfinished work/put floor down an it was damagedLeft trash in driveway wwould not remove

I did work for Bobby, the owner, and he did not pay me for my services A lien was placed on his client's property I would really think twice about hiring Bobby's business He handles many things with his workers very unprofessionally He has tarnished his integrity and can no longer be trustedIt is very sad for a military professional to act in an unprofessional mannor Legal actions will be starting soon
