When customer purchased the bed from our store in Feb/07/!And one day, after more than four months had happen, shows up to our store and claims has not pick up her bed yetAt that moment, we were very busy, I looked for her invoice and could not find it and just for courtesy I looked in
the warehouse to check if we had the item in stockBecause at the moment, I was busy, I did not have my original invoice, and this situation were a customer shows up months later claiming has not pick up yet, has not happen to us before, I just told the customer to pick up later.But, later when it slow down, we figure we needed the original invoice in order to make a sound decision, because, we did not know if the customer has already picked up and just claiming has not.So ,we decide to look thru all our files and find the original invoice, but we have been very busy lately and we are only three people at the store, and other priorities as well making it harder for usThat is why, it was taking us long to resolve the situation.Now, we found the original invoice, and its signed as merchandise is been received and picked up on February/21/15 by customer, (see attachment of signed original invoice by customer)

The customer did asked us to look in our cameras to see if she picked up her order, our respond to her is that, our cameras only hold memory for a week, and her transaction was more than four months ago. The invoice she signed as received merchandise is what we see as checked out by her.

Review: On Feb. 7, 2015 I went into House2Home Furniture and paid for a bedframe. When I went to pickup the item wouldn't fit in my car. I let the employee ([redacted]) know I would be back for the bedframe with a truck.

On June 11, 2015 my daughter went in to make sure they still had the items. She spoke with [redacted] & the manager (Hispanic male) who let her know the items were in fact still there. He asked when the items would be picked up and asked if we could call 2 hours ahead of time so the items could be pulled from the back. She let them know we would be back to pickup the items Tues June 16.

This morning Tues June 16, I called 4X prior to going to the store. I left a message 11:31am stating my daughter was going to pickup the bedframe. On the fifth call I finally spoke with [redacted] who told me the items had already been released & she needed the invoice. I advised her I was on my way to the store with the invoice. When I got to the store I gave [redacted] the invoice and she said they had to find the original invoice and they had released the original items I purchased to someone else.

This is the worst customer service! I never received any phone calls after purchasing the items nor did I receive any phone calls today after I left a message. All I want is the items I paid for. There was no sense of urgency to locate the original invoice or to rectify this situation. I had to ask if they were going to contact me, how long it would take or anything. Completely disappointed and livid. These people are quick to take your money but will give you the run around when it's time to deal with you on a customer service level. All I want is the items I paid for and I will NEVER buy from nor will I refer anyone to them. The worst service ever!! Completely upset and dissatisfied.Desired Settlement: I just want my bedframe that I paid for
