Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I need to know specifics on their plan for repayment The business needs to contact me regularly to give updates on their progress for repayment If the business does not have the cash on hand for the entire amount owed to me, they need to contact me and set up a payment installment plan Their response offers no details of a solution Sincerely, [redacted] ***

As soon as I received notification concerning this complaint I contacted MrsKS.We reviewed the original scope of work (included in this response) The only flooring that was a part or the original scope of work included covering and protecting the existing flooringDuring our work at her home Mrs [redacted] inquired as to the cost of new flooring - since we were already on site I offered to install her new floor and to include that in the already established price, she would need to provide the flooring...so at no additional labor cost I am certain this was forgotten An honest mistake.Mrs ** selected her flooring - we sent a truck and labor to the supply house to load it and deliver it to her home....again at my expense.The job was completed as agreed, without delay Mrs ** was pleased and paid the invoice in full.I recall a phone call from her following the conclusion of the project She mentioned an issue with a window treatment Regretfully I have not returned to see about that issue, but will be happy to oblige

I am very sorry that Mrs [redacted] does not remember her decision to remove all of the texture from the walls and ceiling, repair all of the cracks, skim coat, texture, prime and paint This was over and above the agreed upon price of $for the original work Refer back to the original attachments that clearly defines what work was completed Each area was a line item She asked that we stay within her budget and we did That is why we offered to install her flooring at no additional charge - but she would need to provide it The flooring was not mentioned until after the work was agreed upon and the job underway She is very kind and gracious I would not hesitate to do work for her again and sincerely hope she will call again if we could ever help her with anything

My name is [redacted], in regards to complaint for [redacted], he told me he would do the paint floor and visual wall for $1600.00.  There was no price said other then that at the time when they came on 2/2/17 and 2/3/17 and started working on my room, then he gave me the prices.  I did call him a few days after that and told him I wanted my trim back from my glass doors. I do not want to be bothered by him any more.

Mr. [redacted] is correct,  there were issues with the supplier of the initial order for this project and one other project.  
I agreed to refund the adjusted difference when the job concluded even if I could not recover the funds from the initial order and such is the case.
