Househappy Home Services

In several different instances, we have found Househappy to be consistently prompt, responsive, and very easy to work with.

I've had great experiences with Househappy. They have helped with regular lawn mowing/seasonal cleanups, deck painting, gutter cleaning, and even a full fence repair when a neighbor ran into my fence. In every case, they handle shopping around for quotes and vet their contractors carefully so the work is done right the first time. In the one case where I had a complaint, my concerns were taken seriously and the issue was handled promptly. I would highly recommend them any time you want to have work done on your house, for whatever reason!

Would leave a "0" if I could. Just got a scam call from them. "Luis" left me a message saying he was calling to give me an update on our documents, and that that they should have them uploaded by the beginning of next week, so they would be sending our documents by next week and just wanted to let me know what was going on. I have never contacted this company! Do not return calls to these people. SCAM! Block their number!

This is some of the worst service I have EVER had. Not only were we grossly mislead with pricing, service expectations, responsiveness, and just attention to detail, but their leadership and desire to do right by the customer, or even admit their mistakes is horrible. Our yard was left ugly and semi-mutilated because we had trusted and given multiple chances for them to "make things right."

As a daughter of a contractor, I know the value of good quality work and that a good experience will garner the most business from a client. I never felt our concerns were ever taken seriously, or our needs listened to. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We did not go into their business with unrealistic expectations. We had the expectations they set for us, and then they acted as if it was our fault for having any expectations. We were lied to, multiple times. We tried to laugh it off and give them a chance, twice.

I've heard good things with them regarding cleaning and window washing projects, but stay away from them for any large project you may have, or even medium sized projects like ours.
