Review: We have approached this company several times for modification assistance with our mortgage. Each time the make up jump through hoops but each time we are declined normally because info is not provided even though they repeatedly confirm that all info has been promptly received. They have also been very slow to correct the billing of previously paid late charges.Desired Settlement: 1) Properly consider the requested modification based on the info previously submitted. We feel like a hamster on a flywheel every time we deal with this company. 2) Correct the billing of the late charges.
