about the other part of the set. as for the covers we sell them individually and priced individually as well. it's posted on our website. the cover for the sofa was $50 we discounted it for him for $30+mail charge which has to be mailed for him in the order it was received. he paid total of $40 to get this cover as he requested and agreed on the phone. we had a surprise call that he wanted the covers for the rest of the set as well for that price and claimed that it wasn't sent with his order. we explained to him that each piece has different price and he only asked for the cover of the sofa and we discounted it for him as a way to help our customer. we never sold the covers as a set. it all depends on what the customer wants. he was unhappy and threaten us, by saying exactly "I'm going to bring my guys and pay you a visit at the store !" we called the police and filed a report to avoid the problem. we are in the process of making a restrain order since we don't want him to come to the store and make problem. we don't want to deal with customer due to his aggressive dealing with us. he claimed that he paid $50 for the whole set of covers when he bought the patio set in the beginning. he actually paid $100 for all the covers out of $132, as we gave him a deal on the covers which is stated in the invoice, since he bought the patio set in the same time and we had a store promotion going on for no tax event for September and we also offered him a free delivery at that time too. his total invoice was for $1399 with everything. it was a big discount for the customer. he lost his invoice and asked us for one and we did emailed it to him though he should has it since it is his proof of the purchase. but we still give him discount and still he is not happy. we appreciate that you help us dissolve this issue soon. thanks

Review: On June 17th 2014 I ordered a second set of covers for the San Antonio Collection outdoor furniture set. The first set I ordered on September 19th 2013 had deteriorated and I explained I needed the second set as soon as possible. The owner [[redacted]]? told me he would mail them on 6-18-14 and that I would receive on or before Friday June 20th 2014. I didn't receive them by 6-20-14 so I called and spoke to a woman on 6-21-14. I was told she called Isis while I was on hold and that he told her he did not mail the covers and that they were in his truck. Isis blatantly lied to me about mailing the covers. I was also promised a full set of covers and a hard copy receipt. One 6-24-14 I received 1 cover out of a set of 4. The set was missing 2 chair covers and a coffee table cover. I also never received a hard copy receipt. I spoke with Isis on 6-24-14 on the phone to explain the issue. I paid $50.00 for the first set of covers and was told I would get the second set half price. Isis charged my credit card $40.00. I only received the sofa cover. For spending $1,399.00 for the furniture set I hoped I would be taken care of in a better manner than how they lied and treated me when ordering the second set of covers. I would like to be made whole by receiving the complete set of covers as promised.Desired Settlement: I would like the complete set of furniture covers for the San Antonio furniture set. I only received the sofa cover. I am missing two chair covers as well as the coffee table cover. I would like Household Gallery to keep their word and send me the complete set of covers.I also did not appreciate the manner in which Isis spoke to me on the telephone. Faull language should not be spoken when it comes to business. I do not appreciate being blatantly lied to either. Promises should be kept.

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: The owner of the store is blatantly lying once again. I NEVER stated I only wanted the one sofa cover. I specifically asked for the set, in which the owner responded he would send the next business day. It took over a week for them to send anything. I had to call three times to get a response for delivery, in which I was lied to all three times about estimated time of arrival. After reading the business response I believe I will be filing a claim in court. I called the Roseville Police Department to report the issue and that's what they advised. I never threatened anyone at any time and I'm very offended a business will not take care of their customer after spending so much money with them and after promising the full set of covers. If the business sends me the rest of the set I will not pursue a claim in court. If I do not receive the promised set, I will have no option but to file a claim in small claims court.

I do feel they stole from me and that they should be honest about the issue. It makes no sense to me that they said I only ordered one cover. I specifically told them all of the covers fell apart.
