Review: On September 1, 2015 Judy's employees scratched my dining room floor. I called Jodi that night to discuss the matter with her she didn't return my call. On Thursday, September 3 I called her again left her another message she did not return my call. The Next week I called her, again got her voicemail, and terminated her services for not returning my phone calls. I made it very clear in my message that it was terminating services for her failure to return my phone calls and not for her people scratching my floors, at that time I requested that she return my house key. When I did not receive my house key within the week,I called her again and again asked her to return the key to my house which she did not do it and send her an email and requested that she return the key to my house which I have not yet received back. Please note, that at no time did she answer the phone or return a single phone call or email.Desired Settlement: I now want for her to pay to change the locks on my front door because I no longer feel comfortable with that same lock set.
